TBO Refer & Earn Programme (“Programme”) is being conducted solely by Tek Travels DMCC a company incorporated under the laws of UAE, bearing registration number JLT2427, and having its registered office at 2408, Oaks Liwa Heights, JLT, Dubai, P.O Box 34544 (“TBO”), and no other affiliate or subsidiary of TBO is involved in conducting this Programme and therefore you agree that no claim can be made against any of TBO’s affiliates or subsidiaries with respect to this Programme.
This Programme aims to reward the participating bookers (“Referrer”) for referring a booker from a new agency that has not previously worked with TBO (“New Booker”). It is clarified that this Programme is designed exclusively for bookers referring agencies that are not currently registered with TBO’s platform or its business. Additionally, no two New Bookers can belong to the same agency.
In order to participate in the Programme the Referrer and the New Booker must be at least 18 years of age.
The New Booker must necessarily use the Referrer’s ‘referral link' so that the referral can be linked to the Referrer and the Referrer can be duly rewarded. It is clarified that TBO shall not be liable under this Programme if the New Booker fails to use the relevant referral link.
Once a referral meets all the Programme terms and conditions, the reward would be credited to the Referrer’s account. The Referrer will be rewarded with USD 25 (US Dollars Twenty Five) worth of reward points when the New Booker completes its first hotel booking with TBO
2. Validity
This Programme is only valid for the countries, a list of which is available at country
list.
This Programme is only valid for bookings done for hotels through TBO’s platform.
There is no limit to the number of New Bookers that a Referrer can refer if the New Booker is from a new agency that has not worked with TBO before.
3. Term
This Programme shall only apply to the referrals made between 24 November 2023 and 31 January 2024.
However, once a Referrer has duly participated in the Programme by referring a New Booker for TBO to onboard within the above Time Period, the bookings by such New Booker can be consumed till 30 April 2024.
4. Miscellaneous
No Transfer: Reward points are not transferable from one New Booker to another.
Your Liability: Any bookings made that constitute, fraud or misrepresentation to TBO or its affiliates by the Referrer may result in the termination of participation in the Programme and/or forfeiture of the Referrer’s reward points earned under their account. Further, you agree and confirm that you shall at all times be liable to ensure that you are in compliance with all applicable laws in order to ensure your due and fair participation in the Programme. You also agree and confirm that in the event you are chosen as a winner of the Programme, you will ensure compliance with all applicable laws related to receipt of the prize (whether in case or in kind), including but not limited to local tax laws and other local compliances.
Our Rights: TBO reserves its right to revise these terms or suspend/discontinue the Programme at its sole discretion (and for valid reasons), and also independently audit your use and continued participation in this Programme. Further, TBO shall ensure compliance with the applicable laws in order to conduct and run this Programme.
Other Terms: All other terms and applicable conditions not mentioned herein shall be governed by the terms and conditions available www.tboholidays.com .
Availability: Use of reward points for availing any goods and services are subject to actual availability.
Disclaimer: TBO disclaims any and all liability that may result from your participation in the Programme, the redemption of reward points, or for any other type of goods or services whatsoever provided or to be provided through the Programme. TBO does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the goods and services offered. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TBO specifically disclaims any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Programme, reward points, and any products or services, including any WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE or implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance.
Indemnification: In order to participate in the Programme, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless and our respective employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors and suppliers from and against any liabilities, losses, investigations or inquiries, claims, suits, costs and expenses (including without limitation – reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses) arising out of or otherwise relating to your participation in the Programme.
Limitation of Liability: : To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect claims, including any incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your participation in the Programme.
Compliance with Laws: : You agree to participate in the Programme, in accordance with the applicable laws, rules and regulations. You also agree not to circumvent any law or any of the terms and conditions of this Programme.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of UAE, and for resolution of any dispute arising out of your use of our Platform, the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
