First responders treated to free Busch Gardens, SeaWorld visits

Florida first responders can treat themselves to a day at a theme park before summer ends with a ‘September Salute’ from Busch Gardens Tampa and SeaWorld Orlando.

During the month of September, eligible first responders can receive free admission to both Florida parks, plus a special offer for additional tickets.

The offer includes a discount for up to four friends and family for just $50 per ticket, a savings of about half off.

Eligible first responders include:

♦  Florida fire rescue first responders

♦  Florida emergency medical services employees (EMT/EMS/not hospital employees)

♦  Florida police and sheriff

♦  Florida Highway Patrol

♦  Florida Department of Corrections

♦  Florida Department of Law Enforcement

♦  Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission field officers

♦  Florida Forest Service Forest Rangers

♦  Florida Park Service law enforcement

♦  Department of Homeland Security law enforcement agents

♦  Florida Department of Environmental Protection law enforcement

To register, first responders should visit the Busch Gardens or Seaworld Orlando websites using the ID.me verification system. Tickets must be used by Sept. 30 and parking is not included. The offer is not good on Howl-o-Scream admission or with any other coupons or discounts.

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment also has an ongoing offer for free and discounted admission to active duty military and veterans called Waves of Honor.
