Tampa Bay Lightning fans can gather to witness the team's possible clinching of a Stanley Cup final berth tonight in downtown Tampa.
The watch party for Game 6 in Washington starts at 6 p.m. at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park.
It will include three screens for fans to watch the game, and will include live music, food and giveaways.
The Lightning leads the series 3-2, and a win tonight will send it to the Stanley Cup final against the Vegas Golden Knights, who clinched the Western Conference final in 5 games Sunday night with a 4-2 win over the Winnipeg Jets.
Fans heading to the party will want to carry an umbrella, as the forecast calls for an 80 percent chance of rain to start, and easing off closer to game time.
This is how it happens in the #StanleyCupPlayoffs for teams and their fans. It's nearly invisible at first, but the journey grabs hold.
