It's Ryan Fitzpatrick's world, and the NFL is just living in it.
For the second straight week, the Bucs quarterback was named the NFC's Offensive Player of the Week.
Fitzpatrick becomes the first Bucs player to ever to win that award in back-to-back weeks. The honor came after Fitzpatrick's stellar performance in the Bucs' 27-21 win over the Philadelphia Eagles.
Fitzpatrick went 27 of 33 passing for 402 yards, four touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's victory over the defending Super Bowl champions, leading the Bucs to their first 2-0 start since 2010.
The performance came a week after Fitzpatrick passed for a career-high 417 yards with four touchdowns and another running score in a 48-40 win at New Orleans.
Fitzpatrick is first in the NFL in passing yards (819) and passer rating (151.5). His eight touchdown passes are second only to the Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes (10).
