WFLA-TV meteorologist Bryan Bennett says we will see a few spotty storms start to develop around 2 p.m., and the best chance for seeing a scattered storm will be between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.. in east Hillsborough and west Polk counties.

The afternoon will be mostly rain-free near the coast, with high temperatures will be in the lower 90s.

Skies overnight will be mostly clear with low temps in the mid-70s, Bennett says.

Monday morning will be mostly sunny with temps in the 70s, which means there’s a decent chance to see exhaust from a Space X rocket scheduled to launch out of Cape Canaveral at 11:54 a.m. Be aware that this launch has been delayed several times, so watch for updates.
