It feels much more like the height of summer rather than a May spring day, thanks to climbing temperatures and increased humidity throughout the Tampa Bay region.
The heat is already on early this morning. Highs once again will reach 90 under partly cloudy skies, with high humidity that will contribute to the sticky feeling, News Channel 8 meteorologist Leigh Spann said.
Lows will be in the low-70s.
Increased moisture in the atmosphere will create more clouds this weekend and a 20 percent chance of rain on Sunday, with highs approaching 90.
The next best rain chances come midweek.
