A cold front passing through the Tampa Bay region this morning won’t bring cooler temperatures today. What it will bring, however, is drier air, less humidity and lower rain chances for the next couple of days.
Some areas to the south could see a stray shower as the front passes, but otherwise temperatures will reach the low-90s under mostly sunny skies and more comfortable conditions due to the lower humidity, News Channel 8 meteorologist Leigh Spann said.
Lows will drop into the mid-70s.
The drier air will remain in the area through Thursday, with increased moisture returning Friday heading into the weekend.
