The Tampa Bay area will be a little drier today, but it’s still going to be a bit gloomy outside.
There may be some scattered showers, but it will be fairly dry with lots of cloud cover, WFLA-TV meteorologist Bryan Bennett said.
A few little peaks of sunshine will make their way few, mostly in the inland areas, but not many, Bennett said.
The average high temperature will be 74 degrees, with temperatures a little cooler near the coast, and a little warmer inland, Bennett said.
Sunday should bring more sunshine and slightly warmer temperatures, Bennett said.
“January has been a little rainier and cooler than average for this time of year, but climatologists expect warmer than average temperatures for February,” Bennett said.
