Dry air keeps pleasant conditions in control around Tampa area
Cool air remains in control over the Tampa Bay area as low humidity and cool northerly breezes will keep temperatures down for at least another day. Temperatures in some northern Tampa Bay areas are starting out in the 40s, News Channel 8 meteorologist Leigh Spann said, as the unseasonably dry air will bring sunny skies and pleasant highs in the low- to mid-80s. Lows tonight will dip into the upper-50s to low-60s before a slight warm-up Wednesday, with highs reaching more seasonable norms.
