Lightning prospects picked for tourney

Four first-round picks highlight the Lightning prospect roster for next month’s four-team tournament in Nashville.

Tampa Bay’s 24-man roster will report to camp on Sept. 11, one week before main camp opens at The Forum. The prospect tournament will be held Sept. 13-16 at the newly opened Ford Ice Center, with the full schedule to be released at a later date.

The Lightning roster will feature 2012 first-round picks defenseman Slater Koekkoek and goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy, 2013 third-overall pick Jonathan Drouin and 2014 first-round pick defenseman Anthony DeAngelo. Other top-rated prospects Adam Erne, Cedric Paquette, Brayden Point, Dominik Masin, Dylan Blujus and goaltender Kristers Gudlevskis are also scheduled to participate.
