The Tampa Bay Buccaneers continued to add secondary depth Wednesday with the signing of veteran cornerback Michael Adams. Terms were not disclosed. Adams (5 feet 8, 181 pounds) is entering his seventh season in the NFL. He has spent his entire career with the Arizona Cardinals after signing as a college free agent in 2007. Adams, who played collegiately at Louisiana-Lafayette, has played in 74 games with seven starts. He has 165 tackles, 18 passes defensed, four fumble recoveries, three interceptions and one forced fumble.
In another move, the Bucs waived of guard Jeremy Lewis.
