DELAYED ENTRY PROGRAM ENLISTEE: Raymond A. Fowler has joined the Army under the Delayed Entry Program. Fowler will report to Fort Knox, Ky., for basic training in June. He is the son of Debra and Clifton Fowler of Riverview.

ARMY COMBAT TRAINING GRADUATE: Army Pfc. Patrick M. Kuster has graduated from Basic Combat Training at Fort Sill in Lawton, Okla. He is the son of Michael and Sandi Kuster of Riverview and a 2006 graduate of East Bay High School.

NAVY BASIC TRAINING GRADUATE: Navy Seaman Recruit Geraldine M. Ryan, daughter of Majela Ryan of Brandon, recently completed basic training in Great Lakes, Ill.

NATIONAL GUARD TRAINING GRADUATE: Army National Guard Pvt. Arielle L. Edwards has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson in Columbia, S.C. She is the daughter of Elaine Lyons of Riverview and Haydn Edwards of Tampa.

ARMY RESERVE TRAINING GRADUATE: Pvt. Jessica A. Smith has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson in Columbia, S.C. She is the daughter of Nanette Simon of Dover and a 2002 graduate of Plant City High School.

AIR FORCE AIRMEN COMPLETE TRAINING: Graduating from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas, are:

•Airman Garrett L. Burgess, son of Anthony Burgess of Valrico and Teresa Burgess of Wildwood. He is a 2006 graduate of Newsome High School.

•Airman 1st Class Jeffery A. Miller, grandson of Darlene Kapraun of Brandon and son of Linda Stubbs of Defuniak Springs.

•Airman Jason L. Pirolo, son of Michael and Maria Pirolo of Brandon.

•Reserve Airman Samuel B. Smith, son of Catherine Smith of Tampa, grandson of Nancy Weinberg of Seffner and a 2007 graduate of Riverview High.

•Airman Matthew S. Swonger, son of Elaine Swonger of Valrico and Steven Swonger of Duluth, Ga.

•Airman Hangie K. De Los Santos, daughter of Hector and Raynelda De Los Santos of Valrico.

•Airman Aaron J. Pickern, son of Elaine Abrado of Lithia and a 2006 graduate of Durant High.

COMPLETED INFANTRY TRAINING: Army Pvt. Miguel Alvarez has graduated from basic infantry training at Fort Benning in Columbus, Ga. Alvarez is the son of Christina Orono of Valrico and a 2006 graduate of Durant High School.
