Southerly winds will bring more moisture to area
Partly cloudy skies will be the rule overnight in the Tampa Bay area, as lows dip into the low to mid 70s, WFLA meteorologist Leigh Spann says. Thursday, she says winds will start to come more from the south, bringing more moisture. Rain chances will be 60 percent.
