Townes on the Green makes tee time a cinch
Maureen Mobley isn't shy about touting the merits of Townes on the Green at Lake Bernadette, Mobley Homes' newest town home community off State Road 54 in Pasco County. "I don't know anywhere that you can get a town home that's completely surrounded by golf course for only $125,900 and includes granite countertops in the kitchen, choice of color in birch cabinets and all appliances including microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer," she says. "Every home at Townes on the Green has a stunning view of lush green fairways and conserved pine and cypress trees in the background," Mobley says. "It is a gorgeous community." Mobley cites the community's location as a plus, too. She says residents can use Morris Bridge Road to reach the University of South Florida, Interstate 75 and other locations and avoid the traffic congestion on Bruce B. Downs Boulevard. She encourages those looking for a new home to check out the Sienna II model at Townes on the Green. The town home features two bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms in 1,094 square feet of living space. "The spacious kitchen features lots of cabinets and a large bar area which overlooks the dining and family room," Mobley says. "A window really allows the light to shine in. And I believe another nice feature is in the family room, where there are 8-foot sliding glass doors leading into a spacious lanai and an oversized storage closet" Mobley described the master suite as sizeable. "And there is an upstairs laundry facility that is really convenient," she adds. "A new homeowner will have the opportunity to visit our design center and choose from warm, rich colors in granite for the kitchen, designer ceramic tile flooring for kitchen, baths and foyer and assorted colors in birch cabinetry for the kitchen and baths," Mobley says. The Lake Bernadette community provides amenities outside of golf as well, including a playground, tennis and basketball courts and two pools. To reach Townes on the Green and check out the Sienna II model, take I-75 to the S.R. 54 exit. Go east on S.R. 54 to Eiland Avenue. Head north on Eiland Avenue to the entrance of Lake Bernadette and follow the signs to Townes on the Green. The model is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
