Taylor Morrison offers buyers more choices

United Kingdom-based companies Taylor Woodrow and Morrison Homes have merged to form Taylor Morrison Inc., says John Hennebery, vice president of sales and marketing, Tampa division. "Taylor Morrison home buyers can now choose from a wider variety of communities, floor plans and options than ever before," Hennebery says. The new company is offering something for everyone, he says. Taylor Morrison's Tampa division builds homes priced from $99,900 to more than $1.5 million.
