With housing values dipping, Southern Crafted Homes wants to assure buyers of the value its homes offer.
"The homes that we have built within our communities are retaining their value,'' says Jim Deitch, chief operating officer of Southern Crafted, which has been building single-family homes in the Tampa Bay area for nearly 20 years.
