Lennar touts special pricing, mortgage rates

Some prospective home buyers may be feeling tentative about purchasing a new home, but Lennar has a sales campaign, with special pricing and attractive mortgage rates, that could well make that decision easier. Lennar's "Let's Get America Moving" campaign features a mortgage plan from Universal American Mortgage Co. with 2.88 percent interest rate the first year, a 3.88 percent interest rate the second year and a 4.88 percent fixed interest rate for the remainder of the mortgage, according to Jassy Friddle, marketing manager for the Lennar Tampa division. "The goal of the campaign is to provide home buyers with the opportunity to buy a new home with very low payments," Friddle says. "With this campaign, we are trying to help boost the economy as far as home sales go." The special pricing being offered by Lennar, as well as UAMC mortgage terms, are available on a limited number of new homes priced from the $110,000s. Lennar offers a variety of home designs in 26 communities throughout the Tampa Bay area with "superior and luxurious upgrades included in the price of the new home," Friddle says.
"This is a great time to buy, and we are pleased to provide unbelievable pricing, incentives and special financing to fulfill the American dream of buying a new home," she adds. In New Tampa's Heritage Isles Golf & Country Club, Lennar's single-family homes are priced from the low $200,000s. The community's amenities include a clubhouse, featuring a swimming pool and water park, a championship 18-hole golf course with pro shop, a restaurant and bar, fitness center and planned events and activities. Concord Station in Land O' Lakes features a 5,000-square-foot swimming pool and sun deck, plus a clubhouse that includes a fitness center, media room, pool tables and a game room. Single-family homes in Concord Station are priced from the $170,000s. Large lots surrounded by lush landscaping and conservation areas are hallmarks of the Creekside community in Mulberry, Friddle says. Lennar homes in the community provide 1,554 to 2,441 square feet of living space and are priced from the $170,000s. Those interested in luxury town home living will want to check out the gated Eiland Park Townhomes in Zephyrhills, Friddle says. The community, with town homes priced from the $120,000s, counts a pool, cabana, sand volleyball court and children's playground among its amenities. Summerfield, a master-planned community in Riverview, also offers luxury town homes priced from the $120,000s. Single-family homes priced from the $190,000s are available in the community, too. Buyers can take advantage of significant savings on select town homes and single-family homes in Summerfield. Community amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center, two pools, a playground, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts and baseball and softball fields. The community also boasts an 18-hole golf course and clubhouse with pro shop. Friddle urges home buyers interested in taking advantage of the "Let's Get America Moving" pricing, financing and incentives to act quickly. "There are limited funds available with these attractive interest rates, so there is no time to lose when choosing Lennar to build your new home," she says. "This is a once in a lifetime financing plan, especially when you add in Lennar's special pricing." Each Lennar community features professionally decorated models, open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
