TBO.com .com “Disney New Year ” Contest Rules. Section one (1)
Note: Prize Vacation(s) must be taken between Dec 29, 2007 and Dec 31, 2007
No purchase is necessary.

  1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident of Florida at the time of entry to win.
  2. All photos entered must be original content and property of the registering entrant.
  3. This Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited by law. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules.
  4. One (1) Grand Prize winner .
  5. Grand Prize Contest begins on Dec 10, 2007, and ends on December 23, 2007.
  6. Grand Prize awarded on December 24, 2007 . Winners of Grand Prize are drawn in a random drawing. 5pm on Dec 23, 2007
  7. The geographic scope of this promotion is the state of Florida. The Sponsors of this Contest are Media General Operations, Inc. d/b/a The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com .com (“The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com ”).
  8. The odds of winning are based upon the number of entries received.
  9. If you elect to receive future communications from Disney Destinations, LLC and its affiliated companies about the Walt Disney World® Resort, Disneyland® Resort and other Disney products and services by placing a mark within the associated box on the registration form, your information will be shared with Disney Destinations, LLC and its affiliated companies.


    10. PRIZE

  10. Description of the One (1) Grand prize:
    One (1) vacation package for four(4) persons for three (3 ) nights and four (4) days a the premises to be awarded to the winners of the sweepstakes/contest conducted by Promoter in the Territory in connection with Promotion, eack of which vacation packages shall consist of the following:

    Room accommodations consisting of one (1) room accomodation at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for two (2) nights and one (1) night (December 31, 2007) in the Cinderalla Castle Suite at the Magic Kingdom Park.

    Four (4) 4 -Day Magic Your Way Park Hopper Tickets.

    $400 value Disney Gift Card



    The estimated retail value of the vacation package is $ 2,280.
    Vacation must be taken between December 29, 2007 and December 31, 2007.   Departure date and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and blockout dates may apply. All federal, state and other taxes relating to any prize, and any travel, or other expenses relating to any prize, are the sole responsibility of the winners.

  1. Prizes are not transferable, substitutable, or exchangeable for cash except that The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com or Disney in its discretion may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any such changes will be announced. If any of the winners fail to meet any eligibility requirement herein, alternate winners may be chosen by random drawing to be held as soon as reasonably practicable after initial winners are determined to be ineligible. Alternate winners are subject to all eligibility requirements and restrictions of these Official Rules.
  2. Winning Grand prize package rules include, but are not limited to:
    a. The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com , Media General Operations, Inc., their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns, and their affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies as well as Disney, its parent, related affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the Promotion.

    ELIGIBILITY

  4. All photos entered must be original content and property of the entrant. Verification of notified prize winner will be determined by entrant providing photo identification with name and address matching to entry information.
  5. A Winner must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident of Florida at the time of entry.
  6. Employees of Disney, its parent, related affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns as well as Media General Operations, Inc., d/b/a The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com .com, and of the affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers, franchisees, promoters, and agents of any of these, and the immediate families of the employees of any of these, are not eligible.


    7. TO ENTER

  7. There are three (3) ways to enter:

    A. Go to TBO.com .com, and type in Keyword: New Year, follow contest prompt and complete an Official Entry Form providing the following information: 1) Name, 2) Address, 3) City, Zip 4) Date of Birth and 5) email address and 6) phone number . For a chance at the secondary prize then you would submit any Holiday themed photo via upload function to Holiday photo gallery. Instructions given when entry form is submitted.

    (or)

    B. Email entry/photo(s) entry to pix@tbo.com, and provide the following information: 1) Name, 2) Address, 3) City, Zip 4) Date of Birth and 5) email address, 6) phone number

    (or)

    C. Mail or drop off an entry to TBOmarketing attn: TTBO.com Marketing dept. Disney New Years, 202 South Parker st., Tampa, FL 33606 and provide the following information: 1) Name, 2) Address, 3) City, Zip 4) Date of Birth and 5) email address, 6) phone number

    To be eligible for a designated drawing entries must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on the last day of the grand prize entry period and for the last day of the photo contest as set forth in the chart in section one (1) of these Official Rules. Participants who fail to provide the required information will not be notified by The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com .

  8. TBO.com .com shall select the Prize Winner by random drawing, each to take place from all entries submitted during the entry period for such drawing, as specifically described in the following schedule: Entry Period - Dec 10, 2007 . Drawing Date - Dec 23, 2007 at 5 pm


  9. If TBO.com .com selects your name as a winner, TBO.com .com will contact you via your email address with the address you supplied and or your provided phone number. Instructions will be given on how to recieve your prize. The winners may also be required to sign other legal documents, including tax forms and a release supplied by The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com , which, among other disclaimers, releases The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com .com, Media General Operations, Inc., and a range of subsidiaries, directors, agents, agencies, affiliates, franchisees, promoters, officers, directors, employees and related persons from any and all liability related to this Contest and the receipt and use of the prize. The information contained on the entries becomes the property of The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com .com. The verified prize winner will be instructed when they may pick up their prize information at The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com .com offices. If The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com .com is unable to speak directly to a winner within twenty-four (24) hours from initial attempted notification, The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com in its sole discretion may disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner or remove the prize from the Contest.

  10. Disney, its parent, related affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns as well as The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com , Media General Operations, Inc., their affiliates, subsidiaries or agencies will not be responsible for the inability to select winners because of postal failure, equipment failure, or data storage failure.


    11. MISCELLANEOUS

  11. All federal, state and local laws apply. Sponsors shall be entitled to interpret these rules as needed — including but not limited to rules regarding entries, selection of winner, deadlines, restrictions on prizes, and eligibility — and all of their decisions are final. By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules. The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest or any part of this Contest should any non-authorized intervention, network failure, information storage failure, telecommunications failure, malfunction, or other causes beyond its control, corrupt or impair the security, administration, fairness and/or operation of this Contest as determined by The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com in its sole discretion. The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com and Media General Operations, Inc. are not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, or for any failed telephone or computer hardware or software, or for any failed, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or garbled transmissions or errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic, or for entries that for any reason are not received by The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com by the deadline stated above. The Tampa Tribune, Centro and TBO.com and Media General Operations, Inc. are also not responsible for any injury or damage to any computer, modem or other electrical device as a result of participation in this Contest or downloading of any software or materials.

By winning, contestants agree to award Sponsors the right to publicize their names, photographs (including the use and appearance of winner's photograph on Sponsors’ web pages), likenesses, biographical information, e-mail address, voices and details of winning for purposes of this and future promotions without further compensation.
  15. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with this Sweepstakes/Contest in any way will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
  16. Overall chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries received.
