Angel-like mark on tree at Plant City shopping center
PLANT CITY - Judy Fulmer said she thought someone was playing a joke when she started to park in the lot at the strip center she owns at 1801 Thonotosassa Road. "I pulled in to park, and I thought, 'Oh my God, there's an angel on that tree,'" she said. She's not sure what caused a mark, possibly a stain, on an oak that looks like an angel. But it appeared just after Angelic Tattoos moved into the center, Fulmer said. Rich Lewis and his wife Carolyn, who operate the tattoo shop, said they considered it a sign."That was my confirmation that we're all blessed being here," Carolyn said.
