St. Pete police seek man in theft at Fifth Third
St. Petersburg police are pursuing a man in connection with a robbery today at the Fifth Third Bank, 2201 66th St. N. A man presented a threatening note to a teller about 11:24 a.m., got money and fled on foot, police said. No weapon was seen. The suspect is described as a white man, in his late 40s, about 5-foot-2 and weighing 140 pounds, police said. He was wearing a black-and-gray polo shirt, gray shorts and a black cap with "SECURITY" on the front.
