Madeira Beach Craft fest builds on last year’s success

About 100 artisans lined Madeira Way on Sunday for the second annual Madeira Beach Craft Festival.

After last year’s success, the free show, run by American Craft Endeavors, earned a reputation for luring high-end buyers to the beach-side show, just steps from John’s Pass Village and Boardwalk.

Hundreds of artists in mediums ranging from soaps to stained glass were vetted by a national jury of well-respected crafters.

All entrants were required to bring original pieces to the show to create a one-of-a-kind experience.
