Monday: Easter celebration: grape juice, sliced ham with pineapple sauce, mashed sweet potatoes, California vegetables, whole-grain bread with margarine, Easter cake, low-fat milk.
Tuesday: BBQ pork riblet on hamburger bun, pinto beans, yellow corn, mixed fruit, low fat milk.
Wednesday: Breaded fish filet with tartar sauce, cheese grits, tomatoes & okra, apple juice, whole-grain bread with margarine, low-fat milk.
Thursday: Salisbury steak with brown gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, green peas, rye bread with margarine, graham crackers, low fat milk.
Friday: BBQ chicken thigh, brown rice, collard greens with turkey ham, cornbread with margarine, fresh orange, low fat milk.
