Rifle stolen from FBI agent's car; Pasco suspects arrested
A man and a juvenile were arrested Saturday after breaking into the car of a FBI agent and stealing several items, including a rifle, according to authorities. Raymond Cano, 18, and a 16-year-old boy were arrested and charged with armed burglary and grand theft, deputies said. Between 10 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday, Cano, who is homeless, and the teen broke into the car, stealing a black MP5 rifle, body armor, and $300 worth of ammunition, according to the Pasco Sheriff's Office. The car was in the driveway of the agent's Wesley Chapel home. Witnesses told deputies Cano was seen with the items at 4 p.m. Saturday, the arrest report said. Cano and the 16-year-old were arrested at the teen's Kirkshire Court home in Wesley Chapel Saturday night.Cano remains in the Land O' Lakes Jail with a $32,000 bond.
