ZEPHYRHILLS — Classic car enthusiasts have been able to revel in their favorite hobby over the past few days at the annual Zephyrhills Winter Autofest, where they could find parts for their latest restoration projects, buy or sell a car, or participate in an auction that featured more than 40 automobiles.
The four-day event, which began Thursday, continues today at Festival Park, 2738 Gall Blvd.
The festival includes a swap meet for new and used auto parts and accessories, and a car corral where automobiles are bought and sold.
During the collector-car auction, which was held Friday and Saturday, visitors to the Autofest could bid on a car to add to their collection, such as 1955 and 1959 Ford Thunderbirds. They also could consign one of their vehicles to be auctioned off.
Today’s Autofest hours are 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is $5 and parking is free.
