Body found during Holiday house fire investigation
Pasco County sheriff's deputies are investigating a death of a homeless man at 2641 Flintwood Drive in Holiday. The body was found inside a burning home. Pasco Fire Rescue responded to a call about a house fire at about 6:30 a.m. today and as firefighters extinguished the fire, found the body. Fire investigators say the origin of the blaze was in the kitchen, but does not appear to be suspicious. There was smoke and fire damage throughout the house, deputies said. The fire marshal is investigating the cause of the fire and deputies are investigating the death.Deputies said the victim was a white adult male, but did not release his name.
