Five Pasco County teens were arrested Tuesday in connection with a February break-in at a Wesley Chapel home, according to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office. The group was seen inside the house, 7332 Newhall Pass Lane, on Feb. 6 around 12:30 p.m. Three of the teens were seen by a patrol deputy at the front of the home, adjacent to Wesley Chapel Elementary and Wesley Chapel High School. Two other teens were seen walking from the back of the house, an arrest report said. Deputies found a rear window had been broken and recovered the cellphone belonging to a female teen involved in the break-in, authorities said. The home’s resident told deputies no one had permission to go inside, the report said.
All five teens were arrested, charged with burglary of a residence and taken to the Juvenile Assessment Center at the Land O’ Lakes Jail.
