Two men wanted in connection with vehicle break-ins in Lutz
Hillsborough County sheriff's detectives are asking for the public's assistance in identifying two suspects seen breaking into unlocked vehicles in Lutz. Detectives say the suspects entered four unlocked vehicles at the Calusa Trace subdivision on the morning of Oct. 4 and took several items, including a wallet containing several credit cards. Once the suspects fled undetected, they conducted several transactions at various convenient stores within Hillsborough County utilizing the stolen credit cards, detectives said. Both suspects are described as white/Hispanic makes between 18-23 years old.One is between 5 feet 11 and 6 feet, about 180 pounds with a medium build. He has brown wavy hair, goatee and mustache. He was last seen wearing a black and gray shirt, khaki shorts and black shoes. The other is between 5 feet 8 and 5 feet 10, about 180 pounds with a medium build. He has short brown hair and was last seen wearing a yellow shirt and blue jean shorts. Anyone with information is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 247-8200.
