Tampa man dies after car hits retaining wall on Sligh Avenue
TAMPA - A Tampa man was killed early this morning when he drove his car off the road and struck a retaining wall. Detectives say Nasdiel Viera-Curbelo, 22, was driving east on Sligh Avenue at a high rate of speed around 6 a.m. when he lost control. The crash closed a portion of Sligh Avenue earlier this morning. An investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
