Man gets life for killing over motorcycle
ORLANDO - A member of the Warlocks motorcycle club has been found guilty of fatally shooting a man who knocked over a bike outside a central Florida bar. An Orange County jury found 40-year-old James Madison Bedsole guilty Friday of first-degree murder. A judge then immediately sentenced him to life in prison. Prosecutors say Bedsole was a probate member of the motorcycle club in September 2009, and it was his job to watch the members' bikes outside Sharky's Bar in Lockhart. After Chad Brickey ran his truck over a bike - which didn't actually belong to any of the club members - Bedsole began chasing Brickery. The chase ended near an Apopka gas station when Bedsole shot Brickery in the back of the head. Bedsole's attorney questioned evidence that placed his client at the scene of the shooting.
