Deputies: Man faces attempted murder charges after Largo fire
A 29-year-old Clearwater man was charged Wednesday with four counts of attempted first-degree murder and one count of arson in connection with a fire set in a Largo home on Sept. 16. Two adults and a child were in the home in the 1800 block of South Lake Avenue when Thomas Cservak set it on fire, deputies said. No one was injured. It was not clear from a release why Cservak faces four counts of attempted murder. The Sheriff's office could not immediately be reached for comment. The fire was set as a result of a domestic relationship, deputies said, but did not release further details. Cservak was arrested during a traffic stop in Clearwater and taken to the Pinellas County Jail.
