Pinellas sheriff seeks man who took TVs from Walmart
Pinellas County sheriff's detectives are asking for the public's help in finding a man who took two HDTVs from a Walmart, and then fell from the bed of a pickup as he fled. About 11:25 p.m. June 18, the man took two 39-inch LCD HDTVs from the Walmart at 35404 U.S. Hwy. 19 N., Palm Harbor and put them into the bed of a dark pickup, possibly a Ford 150, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. He then jumped into the bed, leaving the tailgate down. As the pickup drove away, the man fell out of the bed, but was able to get back in, and the truck fled, the sheriff's office said. The suspect is described as a middle-aged white man, bald on top with gray closecut hair on the sides, the sheriff's office said. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt with "Aero California Riders" on the front.Anyone with information in the case asked to call Detective Adam Sarlo of the Burglary/Pawn Unit at (727) 582-6200.
