TAMPA — Busch Gardens Tampa’s “ultimate Christmas time experience” will now be included in its annual pass, its Fun Card and in daily admission tickets to the park.
Christmas Town has been offered at Busch Gardens since 2012, but until this year, has always required an additional $60 general admission ticket at the gate to stay for the evening on specific dates, said parks spokesman Travis Claytor.
“With all of this Christmas fun included... all guests receive an even greater value during their visit,” said Park President Jim Dean. “We’ve created a season-long celebration unlike any other event our guests have ever seen — the kind of Christmas fun only Busch Gardens can provide.”
During the holidays, Busch Gardens transforms in to “all things Christmas, from Christmas trees and ornaments, to visits with Santa or in past years, dining with Mrs. Santa. More than a million lights decorate the park, Claytor said.
Christmas Town will be open on 23 dates from Nov. 28 to Dec. 31. Guests can experience holiday celebrations throughout the day and park closing times will range from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m. throughout the event. To learn specific dates, visit ChristmasTown.com.
Christmas Town also offers “some magnificent opportunities for groups looking to book a unique holiday party,” the park announced Thursday.
