Tampa police: Woman charged with prostitution, not revealing HIV status
A Tampa woman was arrested on prostitution charges including failing to reveal she was HIV positive, according to the Tampa Police Department. Jataylor Jalisha McNeal, 19, was in the 6500 block of Nebraska Avenue just before 7 a.m. Sunday when she was approached by an undercover officer, according to police. During the conversation, McNeal offered to perform a sex act for $20, an arrest report said. McNeal, of the 1500 block of 99th Avenue, was charged with prostitution as well as criminal transmission of HIV for not revealing she has tested positive for HIV, police said.She remains in jail with a bond of $2,250.
