Tampa police seek help in finding bank robbery suspects
Hillsborough County deputies are seeking the public's help in locating three suspects in a Carrollwood bank robbery. Deputies say the three armed men entered the PNC Bank, 12951 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., around 9:50 a.m. Two suspects jumped over the front counter and took an undetermined amount of money while the third remained in the lobby and ordered the customers to the floor at gunpoint, deputies say. The suspects fled in a stolen silver Dodge Intrepid that was found abandoned at the Countrywood Apartments at 12101 N. Dale Mabry Hwy., deputies say.All three suspects are described as black, 18-25 years old, between 5 feet 10 and 6 feet, and about 180 pounds with thin builds. They were wearing black covers over their heads, long-sleeve white T-shirts and gloves. Anyone with information is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 247-8200.
