Mobile home destroyed by fire in Thonotosassa
Hillsborough County Fire Rescue is working to determine the cause of a fire that destroyed an unoccupied mobile home in Thonotosassa Saturday morning. Crews responded to the fire at 11951 McIntosh Road at around 8:30 a.m. and were able to extinguish the blaze within 15 minutes, firefighters said. There were no reported injuries or damage to other homes. A neighbor called 911 when they saw smoke and flames coming from the mobile home, which had been empty for two years, firefighters said.A Hillsborough County Fire Rescue investigator has been called to the scene to look into what started the fire.
