McCar Homes' sale may be the best new home value in the Tampa Bay area, according to Kevin Robles, vice president of the Tampa division.
"Customers can save up to $55,000 on move-in ready homes that close by Aug. 31," Robles says. "In some communities, customers can actually save more. We have at least two move-in ready homes in each of the five Tampa Bay area communities where we build that feature these savings. Also, customers can save on closing costs when they use our preferred lender, SunTrust Mortgage."
McCar has new homes at Heritage Isles Golf and Country Club, Seven Oaks, Brookfield, Highland Ridge and Summertree, an active-adult golf community. The homes boast 1,902 to 4,300 square feet of living space and are priced from the low $200,000s to the $500,000s.
McCar Homes are a great value because of the high-quality building products the company uses, the numerous upgrades available in the homes and the desirable communities where the homes are located, Robles says.
"The quality of a McCar home is much higher than what customers would find from other builders at the same price," he adds. "This is especially true of our entry-level homes. The incentives being offered on the move-in ready homes make them an even greater value."
Among the specially-priced move-in homes is a 1,972-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a two-car garage at Brookfield in Wesley Chapel. It's priced at $224,230.
In New Port Richey's Summertree, a 1,992-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bathroom move-in ready home with a two-car garage is priced at $210,150.
At Highland Ridge in Hudson, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom, 1,902-square-foot home with a two-car garage is priced at $215,400.
"These move-in ready homes are not stripped down," Robles says. "There are fabulous upgrades and features already installed in these special move-in ready homes."
At Heritage Isles Golf and Country Club, the move-in ready special is a 2,959-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-bathroom home with a three-car garage priced at $389,804.
McCar homes at Heritage Isles are "the best value in the ever-growing New Tampa area," says John Bunag, new home specialist. "The large quarter-acre home sites all have conservation or golf course views, and Heritage Isles is convenient to I-75, I-275 and the future Cypress Creek mall."
Among the amenities at Heritage Isles are an 18-hole championship golf course, an 11,000-square-foot country club, a 25,000-gallon pool with lap lanes, a children's area with a Typhoon water slide, lighted basketball and clay tennis courts and a fitness center. The community also is near Heritage Elementary, Benito Middle and Wharton High.
Homes are priced from the high $300,000s.
At Seven Oaks in Wesley Chapel, McCar has a 3,005-square-foot, five-bedroom, four-bathroom move-in ready home with a bonus room and two-car garage for $425,730.
"Seven Oaks has 2,000 acres of conservation areas, wildlife habitats and parks," says Penny Dentmon, new home specialist.
The 17-acre sports complex includes a 7,800-square-foot clubhouse, a resort pool with waterslides, tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, softball and soccer fields and a lighted basketball court. The community also has bicycle lanes, miles of nature trails and parks and playgrounds.
"All of the McCar homes in Seven Oaks are on conservation sites with premium views," Dentmon adds.
"We are doing very well in [Heritage Isles and Seven Oaks] and the homeowners are very happy," Robles says.
