Has your child caught the soccer bug while watching the World Cup?
Check out a great deal for younger soccer fans:
McDonald’s of Tampa Bay is partnering with the Tampa Bay Rowdies to host a free local youth soccer workshop on Tuesday, June 24, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Shimberg Soccer Complex in Tampa.
Kids 6 to 14 years old are invited to learn from soccer pros during this interactive clinic with Rowdies teammates, featuring soccer drills, lessons and autographs.
There will also be music and giveaways from WYUU (92.5 FM), drink and snacks from McDonald’s, prizes and a special visit from Ronald McDonald. Soccer partner FC Tampa will also be on site.
Space is limited, so parents are encouraged to reserve their child’s spot at rowdiessoccer.com/McDonaldsClinic.
Participation is free, but all players must be accompanied by an adult and should bring their own soccer gear, soccer ball and water bottle.
