Lennar's Ultimate Year End Sales Event under way
Many businesses have sales to close out the year, but with Lennar's Ultimate Year End Sales Event, customers have the opportunity to save as much as $90,000 on a new Lennar home, says Jassy Friddle, a marketing manager. "Our sales event lasts through November and buyers can save up to 35 percent on new homes in all of our communities throughout the Tampa Bay and Lakeland areas," Friddle says. "The homes are priced from the $130,000s and have 1,300 to 3,700 square feet of living space." Lennar has a limited number of homes being offered during the sale, but the savings are on top of the ones home buyers receive because many upgrades are included in the purchase price of Lennar homes. Lennar bundles the most requested options and upgrades as standard features and saves the buyer thousands, Friddle says, adding that the sales event especially is appealing in the communities of Arbor Greene in New Tampa and Heritage Pines in Hudson. In Arbor Greene, Lennar offers three-story maintenance-free carriage homes. "This is the last area being built in Arbor Greene and the carriage homes have a unique style and floor plan that you won't find anywhere else in the New Tampa area," Friddle says. "The homes are available with three or four bedrooms, a bonus room, 3½ bathrooms and a two-car or oversize one-car garage. Select homes include private elevators." Granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances and ceramic-tile floors are among amenities in the carriage homes. The community center at Arbor Greene is a hub of social activity with a resort-style pool, a lap pool, tennis and basketball courts, playgrounds, a day care center, a fitness center and aerobics room as well as a calendar filled with activities for the residents. "I think the community center is a huge asset to Arbor Greene," Friddle says. "We have a number of homes in the community with spectacular savings during our sales event and buyers can save as much as $40,000." The savings are potentially greater at Heritage Pines, an active-adult community for people age 52 and older. With a private 18-hole championship private golf course designed by Ron Garl and an 18,000- square-foot clubhouse, the community was definitely designed for active adults. The clubhouse includes a fitness center, restaurant and bar, heated pool, game room, computer lab, art room, woodworking studio, billiards room and lighted tennis courts. The single-family homes provide 1,300 to 1,500 square feet of living space, two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a two-car garage. They are priced from the $140,000s. "With our sales event, buyers can save as much as $60,000 in Heritage Pines, plus it is the last chance for them to get a 4.99 percent fixed mortgage rate," Friddle says. "It will be a while before the next phase of homes [in Heritage Pines] is ready for immediate move-in, so if people want to get in, now is the time," Friddle says.
