The recently opened furnished model, The Aruba, is one of K. Hovnanian’s three best-selling designs in the Tampa Bay area, according to Minnick.
“It’s a Mediterranean-style themed home with a wine-tasting room and unique interior and exterior finishes such as interior brick pavers and beautiful wood flooring,” Minnick adds.
“Adding to the curb appeal, this home will have a tile roof, bronze windows and a brick paver driveway as included features. It’s a very impressive model with some unique trendy interior finishes. It’s very different from what you will find on the market today. The home, which includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a home office and a three-car garage, is priced from the low $200,000s.”
Two furnished models will soon be completed at Cypress Creek, located off 19th Avenue and Cypress Creek Boulevard in the Ruskin area.
“This community is centrally located, with easy access to major highways,” Minnick says. “We will be offering two product lines in Cypress Creek, with a variety of one- and two-story home designs, from 1,700 to 3,000 square feet, on 40- and 50-foot-wide home sites. We have begun presales at Cypress Creek, through our sales office in the adjacent Harbor Isles community.”
Minnick points out that a major factor for homebuyers is a home’s energy efficiency, and how that efficiency translates into savings year after year.
