ZEPHYRHILLS — As three young children she was caring for slept Saturday night, Julia Louise Boyette partied with methamphetamine, a Pasco County Sheriff’s Office report said.
Boyette, 23, was arrested and charged with child neglect after the sheriff’s office was informed by the Department of Children & Families of drug use at an address in Zephyrhills, the report said.
The report does not specify Boyette’s relationship to the children.
Boyette admitted to using meth while the children, ages 6, 3 and 18 months, slept in a nearby room, the report said. She tested positive for “numerous narcotics,” the report said.
Boyette was being held at the Land O’ Lakes Jail on Monday with bail at $10,000, jail records show.
