Saturday is final day to ice skate in downtown Tampa
If you haven't hit the rink at Tampa's Downtown on Ice, time is almost up. The temporary ice skating rink set up in Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park will be open through Saturday, the final day of its season. The 50-by-100 feet rink is open to the public from 4 to 10 p.m. today, and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday. The cost is $10 per person and includes rental skates and 90 minutes of skate time. This was the third year of outdoor ice skating in downtown Tampa.For information, go to www.tampasdowntownonice.com.
