These bars are a rich, crunchy and chewy jumble of nuts, oats, cereal and dried fruit that is just barely “glued” together with peanut butter and honey. The beauty of this recipe is that it takes very little time and effort to put together. Just mix the dry ingredients in a bowl, stir in the gooey liquid, press into a pan and chill. No baking involved! And any combination of fruits and nuts will work here, as will any kind of nut butter.
