Commissioners Keel and Lott sworn in for new terms
City Commissioners Billy Keel and Rick Lott were sworn into office Monday for fresh three-year terms. Keel is serving his first full term; he was appointed to the commission last fall to take the place of Dan Raulerson, who resigned to take a seat in the state Legislature. Lott was sworn in for his fourth term. Neither Keel nor Lott drew an opponent for the spring city election and returned to office without having to mount a campaign.
