Car show nets $25,000 for foster children

Clark and Sims Crane were the co-sponsors of the third annual Everyday Blessings Benefit Antique Car Show, held at the Shops at Wiregrass, which raised $25,000 for the center. Everyday Blessings, Inc., a registered 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, cares for up to 28 children in Thonotosassa and up to 12 children at their Sarasota location while they await permanent placement.

Everyday Blessings’ main focus is to keep sibling groups together during a difficult time in their lives. The children in the program range in age from newborn through 17 years old. They come from all economic backgrounds and ethnic groups and have been removed from their previous home due to abuse, neglect or abandonment.
