SoundBytes: Hot Water Music, Tommy Stinson, Turnstile, Mr. Hudson and more

— Gainesville punk veterans Hot Water Music are finally returning to Tampa. They'll perform at the Orpheum on May 20. Tickets are $22 and up. Click here.

— Okay, here is a concert announcement we did NOT see coming: Replacements and Guns N' Roses bassist Tommy Stinson is coming to … the St. Petersburg Shuffleboard Club. What? Yes, he and buddy Chip Roberts are apparently playing the St. Pete Shuffle venue on Monday, March 12, in an event dubbed "Cowboys In the Campfire." The event description promises "a couple of guitars … some laughs, some songs, a lot of fun." Tickets start at $20. Click here and here.

Turnstile is coming to Crowbar on April 28 with Touche Amore, Culture Abuse and Razorbumps. Tickets are $18 and up. Click here.

— We now know a couple of the vocalists who will be performing with members of David Bowie's old bands at Celebrating David Bowie on March 17 at the Capitol Theatre: Mr. Hudson (Jay-Z's Young Forever) and Fiction Plane's Joe Sumner (who happens to be the son of Sting). Click here.

— Universal Orlando has added two more big names to its Mardi Gras concert series: Jason Derulo on March 10 and Jessie J on March 24. Concerts are free with park admission. Click here.
