What to watch this week: ‘Marvel’s Runaways,’ ‘Godless,’ Thanksgiving specials

Monday

David Letterman: The Mark Twain Prize, 9 p.m., PBS: A special celebrating the work of Late Night and The Late Show host David Letterman.

SERIES PREMIERE: Big Hero 6 the Series, 8 p.m., Disney Channel: The new animated series takes place after the events of the money, showing how Hero was able to rebuild Baymax and the team's reluctance to get back into crime-fighting.

Tuesday

SERIES PREMIERE: Marvel's Runaways, midnight, Hulu: Based on the Marvel comics, the series follows a group of teenagers who find out their parents are all part of an evil organization and that they've inherited many of their supernatural and alien powers.

Wednesday

SERIES PREMIERE: Godless, 3 a.m., Netflix: A wild west small town run by mostly women after a deadly mine accident runs into trouble when it harbors of a former gang member.

iHeartRadio Music Festival, 8 p.m., CW: The first part of the special from the 2017 concert series with performances by Pink, Harry Styles, Coldplay, Chris Stapleton, The Weeknd and more.

Charlie Brown Thanksgiving, 8 p.m., ABC: The holiday classic sees Charlie Brown stressing over cooking up the perfect Thanksgiving dinner for his friends.

Thursday

Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, 9 a.m., news networks: The only thing you should be watching while dressing the turkey and mashing the potatoes on Thanksgiving morning. You won't want to miss Santa Claus and his sleigh come down 34th Street in New York City.

The National Dog Show Presented by Purina, noon, NBC: The second-most important parade of the day: the parade of puppers.

Once Upon a Sesame Street Christmas, 3 p.m., PBS: A bedtime story for Elmo recalls a gloomy time when Sesame Street was without holiday spirit until a relative brought tidings of comfort and joy. Features Zosia Mamet, Audra McDonald and Jim Gaffigan.

Curious George: A Very Monkey Christmas, 4 p.m., PBS: George and the Man with the Yellow Hat are in a predicament: they don't know what to give each other for Christmas.
