Avalon delivers winning designs on big lots

There’s no better way to help you conceptualize your new home than to walk through a model home. The ability to see the architectural details, how the space flows, and how a room can fill with natural light gives you a real sense of what your own home will be like.

And it’s a double sided fireplace, so it is also uniquely enjoyed in the bonus room.

“This kitchen’s layout is very functional, with plenty of countertop space, storage, and a walk-in pantry – all overlooking the family room and outdoor area,” he said.

The Avalon series also features a big bonus room that includes double 8-foot French doors shared with the family room. The bonus room also has a 12-foot-4-inch coffered ceiling, a full-length pot shelf, a 9-foot-wide triple sliding door and an 8-foot-wide picture window looking outdoors and onto the pool area.

The master bedroom, living room and bonus room in the Avalon IV all come with coffered ceilings as standard, the kid’s rooms are all 12 feet by 12 feet, and the fourth bedroom is oversized with a private entry to the bath so it can also serve as a guest or in-law suite.
