Sarah Brightman postpones Tampa concert until fall
Sarah Brightman, the classical singer heralded as the world's "biggest selling soprano," has pushed back her upcoming North American tour dates, including a concert scheduled for Feb. 24 at the Forum in Tampa. Brightman is now scheduled to perform at the Forum on Oct. 6. Tickets purchased for the February concert will be honored at the new date. According to Brightman's website, the move was made in order to coordinate the tour with the "release plan" for her upcoming album, "Dreamchaser," which is set to come out in April. "Dreamchaser" is the 11th studio album for Brightman, a former Broadway stage star, who achieved crossover success with her impressive three-octave vocal range.
