Man, 68, killed, sister injured during attack in St. Petersburg home

ST. PETERSBURG Police are looking for a man in connection with an attack during the weekend that left a 68-year-old man dead and his sister badly injured at a home in Coquina Key.

Police answered a call for help about 7:30 a.m. Monday at 4245 Elkcam Blvd SE, where they found Paul Dumas dead and his sister Elaine Vidinha, 63, injured. Elaine Vidinha was in critical but stable condition at Bayfront Hospital.

The attacker was someone known to the victims, police said.

They are now searching for 44-year-old Otis Joseph Henderson, who is believed to have argued with the victims before they were attacked.

Henderson may be armed and is considered very dangerous, police said.
