As of now, the Lightning is still on schedule to open training camp Thursday at Amalie Arena.

With Hurricane Irma having passed through the Tampa Bay area, the team - like everyone else - had to deal with the ramifications. The scheduled rookie tournament - which was supposed to be in Estero last weekend - was moved to Nashville, with the Lightning rookies scrimmaging with the Predators at Ford Ice Saturday, Sunday and today.

The Lightning also flew its other rostered players, along with their families, to Nashville, and that's where they've been working out.

They're scheduled to fly back later today after the rookie scrimmages wrap up. Thursday is the scheduled opening of camp, with  testing and media day at Amalie Arena. Friday is the first full day on the ice.

Of course, this is all subject to change, like most things post-Irma.
